A Co-Ex Liner is a multi-layer inner film engineered to protect sensitive products from moisture, oxygen, odor migration, and UV exposure. Layers of EVOH, metalized PE, or aluminum foil maintain product integrity and all but eliminate aroma transfer.
Where to Use
Ideal for milk powders, coffee beans, pharma actives, hygroscopic chemicals, and other moisture-sensitive granulates in long-term storage or global transport.

It minimizes moisture, oxygen, and UV ingress, significantly extending product shelf life.
Because its moisture- and oxygen-transmission rates are up to 100 times lower than those of standard liners, a Co-Ex Liner typically lengthens shelf life by three to five times. For sensitive food powders, storage stability can increase from 12 months to as much as 36 months.
Multilayer EVOH/PE films have limited mechanical recyclability but are accepted in chemical recycling streams.
It complies with FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 regulations; Kosher and Halal certificates are also available.
